LABELS: 

We have been providing first quality service to our customers for over 10 years.  We use only the highest quality, water resistant, synthetic labels available in the market place.  Our premium labels can be immersed in ice without label deterioration.  We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship.

PRODUCTION:

Our graphic artist, who has won numerous design awards, will design a custom label using your logo and artwork or she can create a unique custom design from the ground up which will be suited just for your particular needs.

Your label is printed according to the rules and regulations outlined by the State of Georgia Department of Agriculture which is the governing body for food product labeling.

A label size template is available online for your convenience.  This template displays the information required by the State of Georgia.  It is designed to help you determine the exact space available for additional information.  Our guide lines for receiving artwork are also displayed on the template.

8oz label size: 1.75 x 6

16.9 oz label size: 2.125 x 6.75

ART SPECIFICATIONS:

The quality of your label largely depends on the quality of the artwork you provide. 

1 - 4 SPOT COLOR LABELS - WHITE BACKGROUND   Acceptable files are original EPS files or CorelDraw files version 8.  Sorry but scanned or bitmap files are not usable files.  Chose from our color chart for available colors.

FULL COLOR LABELS:  Acceptable files are vector,which includes eps and files from programs such as PhotoShop and Illustrator.  Preferred image file type is 300 dpi tiff, or Photoshop.  Images with lower resolution will appear pixelated or fuzzy.  Smaller than print size JPG, PNG, and/or GIF files may result in less than desirable image. All files should be sent in CMYK.  Outline all type to avoid font issues (True Type fonts, Microsoft Word/Office files are unusable)

BOTTLE SIZES:

We carry 2 different sized bottles.  The small 8 ounce bottles are perfectly suited for weddings and special events when giving water as a gift or party favor.  The larger 16.9 ounce is the size most chosen for schools and businesses.

ORDERS:

Standard turnaround time is 15 business days from receipt of approved artwork.  We are happy to accommodate "rush" orders (less than 15 days) for an additional fee

DELIVERY:

All product pricing is FOB our docks in Blue Ridge, Georgia.  However, in order to make your ordering experience as pleasant and economical as possible we are happy to arrange shipment anywhere throughout the United States and abroad. Ask about our "special freight rate" for all shipments in the southeast. When placing an order, please specify delivery address with zip code for up-to-date shipping quote. And don't forget to allow for ample shipping time.  The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery.

Volume Discount Release Program:

It's as easy as it sounds; the more bottled water you order, the less expensive it becomes.  If you want to obtain a volume discount and you don't have the storage space for your finished product, you can order your expected quarter or annual label needs and we will inventory your extra labels at no cost.  When you want to release all or part of your balance, just let us know and we will ship your order within 7 business days
